Bonfire Hire, Feast or Banquet
There is no best package. There is simply the one that suits your plans, your guests and the way you want to spend the evening.
The entire venue is yours, with the fire pit prepared and firewood ready. You bring your own food and drinks.
Food, bottled beer, coffee, tea and a prepared fire pit are all ready when you arrive. You simply bring the guests.

Our most generous package adds fire-cooked meats, potato salad and a selection of regional fruit liqueurs to the Feast menu.

Included with every package
The food is up to you. Whichever package you choose, the entire venue remains exclusively yours for the evening.
We prepare the fire pit and firewood. You roast the sausages yourselves, because that is half the fun.
Long tables, plenty of covered space and the practical facilities you need for a long evening together.
You are still in Sopot, but after a few minutes it no longer feels like the city.

If a date does not appear in the calendar, it is usually already booked. You are still welcome to call or email us and we will check it for you.
You can book online, by phone or by email. Your booking is confirmed once we receive the 30% deposit. Please send us any changes as soon as you can, and no later than 10 days before the event. This includes your final guest numbers, dietary requirements, drinks and any other arrangements.
The remaining balance is normally paid in cash at the venue. A bank transfer can be arranged with us in advance. If you need a VAT invoice, please give us your company name and Polish tax number (NIP) when you book.
Children under four attend free of charge. Children aged four and over count towards your total number of guests. Please include all children in your booking so that we can prepare the venue properly.
Yes. Every booking is exclusive, so the entire venue is yours for the duration of your event. We prepare everything before you arrive and take care of the cleaning afterwards. Please note that there is no permanent waiting staff on site.
Your booking runs from the selected start time until 2:00 am. If agreed with us in advance, you can extend the event until 6:00 am for a one-off charge of PLN 400.
With the Bonfire Hire package, you bring your own food. For the Feast and Banquet packages, we can provide vegetarian or vegan alternatives and accommodate specific allergies. Please send us the details as early as possible, and no later than 10 days before your event.
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own food, alcohol, soft drinks and snacks. There is no corkage charge. If you provide your own catering, a PLN 5 per person tableware charge applies.
We usually provide two 500 ml bottles per guest. For a group of 30, that means 60 bottles, for example 50 regular beers and 10 alcohol-free beers. Let us know your preferred split no later than 10 days before the event.
The Feast and Banquet packages include everything listed in the chosen menu, as well as a tea and coffee station. The booking system also adds the applicable charges for eco-friendly disposable tableware and single-use plastic products.
Both catered packages include the usual sauces, salt and pepper. Depending on availability, we may also serve olives, preserved peppers, nuts and seasonal extras. The Banquet may also include Camembert for grilling, cranberry sauce and garlic bread.
There are around 90 to 100 seats under the main roof. The standard maximum is 150 guests for Bonfire Hire and 100 guests for the Feast and Banquet packages, unless we agree otherwise with you in advance.
There is an outdoor fire pit with firewood, an indoor fireplace, electricity, hot and cold running water, refurbished toilets, an ice machine and a kitchen with a sink and two fridges. One fridge is mainly used for drinks and the other is in the kitchen. We also provide an eight-litre hot-water urn, around 20 roasting sticks and one cooking tripod. There is no electric kettle.
Yes. The permanent decorations and lighting shown in our current photographs are part of Borodziej and remain in place. You are welcome to bring additional decorations, but please discuss any larger installation or arrangement with us in advance.
We do not provide a separate barbecue for wet weather. We will always try to light the outdoor fire when conditions allow. You can also roast sausages on sticks in the fireplace under the main roof. Borodziej is covered, but it is not an enclosed or heated function room, so please dress warmly when the forecast is cooler.
You can connect your own music to the sound system using Bluetooth or AUX. The Wi-Fi signal is weak and intended mainly for technical use, so guests should not rely on it.
Absolutely. Borodziej is ideal for team socials and company celebrations. You have the entire venue to yourselves, with long tables, a real fire and your own music. Transport for your guests is arranged by the event organiser.
Yes. Regular dates can be booked online. Winter events are arranged individually, so please contact us in advance.
The only current access route begins on Spacerowa Street. All guest vehicles must be left in the designated free car park, about 150 metres from the venue. Parking at Borodziej itself is strictly prohibited. Only the event organiser may drive up briefly before the event to unload, after which the vehicle must be returned to the guest car park. The Forest Guard also monitors access and parking in the area.
Yes, but every outside supplier must be declared at least 14 days before the event. We need to know who is coming, what they will be doing and whether they require electricity, space or vehicle access. Depending on the scale of the arrangements, an organisational charge of between PLN 200 and PLN 3,000 net may apply. An undeclared supplier may result in a PLN 3,000 net charge.
Of course. We can arrange a short viewing, but the venue does not have regular opening hours. Please call or email us before setting off.
Send every driver our marked route from Spacerowa Street. Taxis and guest vehicles must stop at the designated car park. If your group is arriving by coach, contact us in advance and we will explain the correct drop-off and turning point to the driver.
