Before you book
The starting price covers the standard group.
The standard starting price covers up to 30 guests. If fewer people come, the price does not decrease because you are booking the entire venue for private use. Extra guests are added in the next step. For the weekend Bonfire package, the starting price covers up to 70 guests.

What should you know before booking?

01Where is Borodziej and how do we get there?
Borodziej is in the Sopot forest district. The current access route starts at Spacerowa Street. Free guest parking is around 150 metres from the shelter. The organiser may drive up to the venue only for unloading.
02How many people can attend?
The main shelter has around 90-100 seats. The standard maximum is 150 guests for the Bonfire package and 100 guests for the Feast and Dinner packages, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
03How does booking work?
You can book online, by email or by phone. Your date is confirmed after a 30% deposit is paid. Please confirm the final number of guests 10 days before the event. VAT invoices are available on request.
04Do we have Borodziej to ourselves?
Yes. During your booking, the entire venue is for your group only. We prepare it beforehand and clean after the event. There is no permanent staff on site.
05What is available on site?
A fire pit and firewood, an indoor fireplace, electricity, hot and cold running water, a kitchen with fridges, a sink and an ice maker, renovated toilets, plus Bluetooth and AUX audio.
06Can we bring our own food, alcohol and decorations?
Yes. You may bring your own food, alcohol, drinks and snacks. A tableware fee of PLN 5 per guest applies when you provide your own catering. Larger decorations or arrangements need to be discussed with us first.
07Can we arrange catering, entertainers or other attractions?
Yes, but any outside supplier must be reported at least 14 days before the event. We need to know who is coming, what they will do, and whether they need power, space or vehicle access. Depending on the scale, an organisational fee of PLN 200 to PLN 3,000 net may apply. An undeclared service may result in a PLN 3,000 net fee.
08What food, beer, coffee and tableware are included?
The Feast and Dinner include food, bottled beer, plus a coffee and tea corner. We normally provide around two 0.5 l bottles of beer per guest. The system adds the required fees for disposable eco tableware and SUP products.
09What condiments and extras do you provide?
Both catered packages include basic sauces, salt and pepper. Depending on supplies, we also serve olives, preserved peppers, nuts and seasonal extras. The Dinner may also include grillable Camembert, cranberry sauce and garlic bread.
10How long does the hire last?
We do not send you home after a few hours. Standard hire runs from your selected start time until 2:00 am. By prior agreement, you can stay longer, up to 6:00 am, for a one-off fee of PLN 400.
11Can we play our own music?
Yes. The on-site sound system connects to your own music by Bluetooth or AUX.
12Is Borodziej open all year?
Yes. Standard dates are available online. Winter events are arranged individually, so please contact us in advance.
13Is it suitable for company events, birthdays or wedding after-parties?
Yes. Borodziej works well for company gatherings, birthdays, wedding after-parties, hen and stag parties, anniversaries and larger private events. Guest transport is arranged by the organiser.
